Augusta Stump Grinding Co is a small, owner-run crew that does one thing well: making stumps disappear from CSRA yards. No tree-service empire, no call center - just folks who like machinery, take yards seriously, and think the job is not finished until the site is raked and the gate is latched. We grind stumps, roots, and storm leftovers across Richmond and Columbia counties and over the river into South Carolina.
We started doing this for the plainest reason there is: after the storms of the last few years, Augusta had more stumps than crews willing to deal with them, and somebody local ought to. Around here a yard is not vanity - it is how this town greets April, hosts its neighbors, and takes care of what it has. Bring us the stump the storm left or the tree you finally took down.
